Resin Pump
We use an air driven, fast reversal piston pump to deliver resin at
a constant rate. It also drives an MEKP pump via a slave arm with adjustable
ratio ranging from 0.5% to 4%. It comes with a flexible siphon hose
assembly to pick up material from a container.
MEKP Pump
We use high grade precision stainless steel for MEKP pump. It comes
full featured complete with a pressure gauge, an automatic pressure
relief valve with return line and a manual valve with return line for
air lock purging. For precise metering and longer pump seal life, the
piston rod is made larger for maximum rigidity coupled with an internal
self-centering mechanism to eliminate eccentric forces due to misalignment.

3-Stage Filtration System
Resin is first filtered through a strainer at the pick up hose, then
through an in-line filter and finally through a filter installed just
before the gun. This 3-stage filtration system ensures minimal gun blockage
and reduces downtime.
Accumulator
We use an air charged accumulator for maintaining constant resin output
pressure. It is designed for easy maintenance with opening at both ends,
unique to GS.
Hoses
25ft hose is supplied as standard. It consists of Individual hose line
for compressed air, resin and MEKP and solvent. The hoses come complete
with third stage line filter and shut off valves. Longer hose length
is available upon request.
Solvent Pump Flushing System
An air driven high pressure solvent flush pump mounted on a solvent
pail. The high pressure piston pump ensures minimal use of solvent to
achieve optimal cleaning of the mixer in the gun. This system is unique
to GS only.
*Superflow Chop Spray Gun (Internal Mix
Spray Gun)
Model X2002C internal mix resin spray gun with a fiberglass chopper
unit. The gun uses proprietary laser cut Superflow spray tip, which
is a non-atomized, steady stream-like spray for significantly lower
VOC emissions. Gun comes with a high efficient fiberglass cutter unit.
Output of chopped fibreglass can be easily varied by adjusting the speed
of the air motor. Also available with other proprietary GS spray tips,
viz Z-tip.
*Chop Spray Gun (External Mix Spray Gun)
Model R100 external mix resin spray gun with a fiberglass chopper unit.
The spray gun uses individually separate spray tips for resin and MEKP.
The resin and MEKP mixes outside the gun when sprayed, so no chances
of resin hardening inside the gun, virtually no maintenance and easy
to use. As a result, no solvent flushing is required. Gun comes with
a high efficient fiberglass cutter unit. Output of chopped fiberglass
can be easily varied by adjusting the speed of the air motor. Gun is
very lightweight to lessen operator fatigue and easy handling.
