Features

Gelcoat Pump
We use an air driven, fast reversal Gelcoat piston pump to deliver Gelcoat at a constant rate. It also drives an MEKP pump via a slave arm with adjustable ratio ranging from 0.5% to 4%. It comes with either a siphon assembly to pick up materials or directly mount on a gelcoat container.

MEKP Pump
We use high grade precision stainless steel for MEKP pump. It comes full featured complete with a pressure gauge, an automatic pressure relief valve with return line and a manual valve with return line for air lock purging. For precise metering and longer pump seal life, the piston rod is made larger for maximum rigidity coupled with an internal self-centering mechanism to eliminate eccentric forces due to misalignment. 3-Stage Filtration System
Gelcoat is first filtered through a strainer at the pick up hose, then through an in-line filter and finally through a filter installed just before the gun. This 3-stage filtration system ensures minimal gun blockage and reduces downtime.

Hoses
25ft hose is supplied as standard. It consists of Individual hose line for compressed air, resin and MEKP and solvent. The hoses come complete with third stage line filter and shut off valves. Longer hose length is available upon request.

*Gelcoat Spray Gun (External mix)
Model LWA1000 gelcoat external mix spray gun. GS gelcoat spray gun gives a fine soft spray pattern for superior gelcoat spray. It minimizes rebound and significantly lowers VOC emission. Gun is light, easy to handle and minimizes operator fatigue. (read more)

*Gelcoat Spray Gun (Internal Mix)
Model X2004-IG internal mix gelcoat spray gun. It uses GS proprietary technology to minimize VOC emissions and better mixing.
