Resin Dispenser Quickshot

A top choice for FRP hand lay-up shop floor. The Quickshot is a machine designed specifically to relieve the applicators the trouble of having to scoop Resin and MEKP from its containers at a pre-determined ratio. What is does is it meters and dispenses resin and MEKP at a predetermined ratio by just a turn of a handle for hand lay-up applications. The dispensed Resin and MEKP have to be mixed manually by the applicator. This machine to not mix, all it does is meters and dispenses at a ratio which can be adjusted by a slave arm, hence, there is no flushing or maintenance required. All it needs is an air supply to operate. It keeps the work floor clean and is the top choice for proper production management control.

Features

Resin Pump
We use an air driven, fast reversal, low pressure piston pump to deliver resin at a constant rate. It also drives an MEKP pump via a slave arm with adjustable ratio ranging from 0.5% to 4%. It comes with a flexible siphon hose assembly to pick up material from a container.

MEKP Pump
We use high grade precision stainless steel for MEKP pump. It comes full featured complete with a pressure gauge, an automatic pressure relief valve with return line and a manual valve with return line for air lock purging. For precise metering and longer pump seal life, the piston rod is made larger for maximum rigidity coupled with an internal self-centering mechanism to eliminate eccentric forces due to misalignment. Manual On/Off valve
An ergonomically designed RTM injection nozzle model MVA-01. It has a manual on/off valve with handle for precise open or shut off of resin and catalyst flow. Resin and catalyst are fully mixed and dispensed through the static mixer into the mold. The mixer is thoroughly flushed with solvent followed by air purge via a simple turn on the solvent valve.
